Come to our Auctions
Anyone may attend our auction. You may preview our merchandise the day before the auction and of course you will have time to look before the auction starts. We do not charge your to register for a bid card. You can leave an absentee bid if you cannot stay for the entire auction.

Payments, Terms and removal of merchandise
All merchandise must be paid for in full on sale day. We accept cash or good check, Master card and Visa.. All merchandise must be paid for before removal from premises.

Merchandise must be removed on sale day, unless appointment is made with Woolsey Auction Company, and /or owner. Any items left for removal at later appointed time, are not the responsibility of auctioneer or owner.

No items will be released until full payment has been received. Merchandise becomes the full responsibility of the buyer at which time the auctioneers says “SOLD”. At that moment, the Auctioneer, Woolsey Auction Company, it’s employees and the Seller shall not be responsible for loss, damage, security, missing or misplaced items, until removed from the sale premises.

Woolsey Auction Company, Auctioneers nor Seller is not responsible for accidents or loss due to theft, fire, vandalism, or personal injury.

Sales Tax
All sales are subject to all applicable city, county, and state tax laws.

Refunds
No refunds will be issued for merchandise left for more than 48 hours after completion of the auction. Woolsey Auction Company reserves the right to re-sell or discard merchandise left more than 48 hours after auction is over

Register to Bid/Bid retraction
All persons must register to bid with a valid photo drivers license.

All buyers must accept terms and conditions of auction prior to registration

All registered buyers must acknowledge all terms of the auction and agree not to retract the purchase offer. If you cannot satisfy the terms of the auction please do not bid.

As- Is, Where-is statement
All merchandise is sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with no guarantees or warranties implied of any kind. Any statement made by auctioneer or seller on merchandise is to be used as a guide only. All sales are final and, unless guarantees are specifically stated, items will be sold As-Is.

Announcements made day of sale take precedence over all printed, oral statements, or previously released material.

Auctioneer reserves right to withdraw any property prior to auction.

Condition of Merchandise
Bidders should rely solely on personal inspection and not on information listed on the site or otherwise provided by auctioneer or seller. Bidder’s failure to inspect, or otherwise be fully informed as to the nature, quality, condition, quantity and size of any item will not constitute grounds for any claim, adjustment, refund, termination of the contract for sale, or refusal to close the sale.
