This is a poor excuse for a true auction When the time is posted it should remain the posted time. Instead someone can bid but not being the high bid and time is added to the expired time thus allowing someone to continue to bid. Total BS.

I just pick up a Yamaha generator that ended up having a seized motor. That’s the benefit of doing business with a local company though. I received a text early this morning saying they are very happy to make it right.

Do not trust this man with your loved ones property. 21 months, nearly two years after we signed a contract with him he finally held the auction. Used all the personal property proceeds to clean up the land and house. He requested an additional 1200 to remove TVs and tires. We paid,, he did not remove them. For the Auction of the land and house HE OUTBID THE HIGHEST BIDDER HIMSELF AND CLAIMS THE SALE DIDN'T HAPPEN. I’ve been emailing him for months with no reply whatsoever. I just want the titles and keys to what’s left of my dad life and he’s ghosting me. Do not do business with Alan Woolsey.

Woolsey auction is always a great experience! The online bidding is always a simple process and very clearly state the laws/contract and pricing.
